How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can, especially for groups, weddings and busy travel days. For a same-day ride, call dispatch at 914-725-9444 and we will tell you what is available.
What can affect the final price?
Quotes are based on the details you give us. Extra stops, waiting time, tolls, tax, airport fees, parking, fuel surcharges, after-hours service and holiday travel are itemized on your statement.
How long will my chauffeur wait at the airport?
We track inbound domestic and international commercial flights from 90 minutes before arrival. You get 30 minutes of courtesy waiting time from the last reported arrival time; after that, waiting is billed in 15-minute increments. FBO arrivals have 15 minutes and other pickups a 10-minute grace period.
What is your cancellation policy?
