Do you track my flight?

Yes. We track inbound domestic and international commercial flights from 90 minutes before arrival and adjust the pickup to the actual landing time.

How long will my chauffeur wait?

We track inbound domestic and international commercial flights from 90 minutes before arrival. You get 30 minutes of courtesy waiting time from the last reported arrival time; after that, waiting is billed in 15-minute increments. FBO arrivals have 15 minutes and other pickups a 10-minute grace period.

Will I know who is picking me up?

Yes. You receive a text with your chauffeur's name, photo and vehicle details, and a live GPS map of the car as it heads to you.

How do I book an airport transfer?

What is your cancellation policy?

Call or text 914-725-9444, or email [email protected], as soon as your plans change. A cancellation inside the scheduled pickup time is charged in full, deposits are non-refundable, and policies can differ for buses, minibuses and event bookings. See our terms and conditions.
