What sizes of minibus and coach do you have?
Minibuses for 24 and 36 passengers and motor coaches for 40 and 56 passengers. A 26-passenger minibus may also be available; ask dispatch.
What amenities do the coaches have?
The 56-passenger coach has reclining seats, seat belts, a PA system, storage compartments, climate control and a restroom. The minibuses have reclining leather seats, overhead racks, reading lights and USB outlets. Wi-Fi is available on request.
How far in advance should I book a charter?
As early as possible, especially for spring and fall weekends.
What is the cancellation policy?
Call or text 914-725-9444, or email [email protected], as soon as your plans change. A cancellation inside the scheduled pickup time is charged in full, deposits are non-refundable, and policies can differ for buses, minibuses and event bookings. See our terms and conditions.
