Ground transportation should not be the unmanaged part of travel

The Global Business Travel Association has warned that chauffeured car service remains a largely unmanaged, low-compliance area of corporate travel.

We vet drivers, insure every ride and send automated texts with the driver's name, photo, car details and a live GPS map.

  • Vetted chauffeurs. Licensed, background-checked, with at least two years of commercial driving.
  • Late-model vehicles. No sedan or SUV older than two years, inspected before every trip.
  • Live updates. Chauffeur name, photo, vehicle and a live map, sent by text.
  • Discretion. Chauffeurs are trained to handle confidential conversations and documents.

What our duty of care covers

Licensing and background checks

Drivers are registered and licensed in good standing, vehicles are marked per local regulations, and every driver undergoes a background check.

Driver and vehicle screening

At least two years of commercial driving experience and a clean driving record. Vehicles are regularly inspected for quality and cleanliness.

Technology

Our driver app shares each vehicle's GPS position, make and model, and a photo of the driver with passengers and travel arrangers.

Driver reviews

Surprise audits, scorecards, customer feedback and post-ride surveys.

Insurance

Affiliates carry high auto liability limits and list Accredited Limousine as additionally insured, and we carry additional commercial auto coverage.

Data protection

PCI compliant systems, a business continuity plan and a redundant remote data center.

Corporate responsibility

We are committed to development through environmental protection, social responsibility and economic progress: meeting today's needs while respecting the ability of future generations to meet theirs.

We continually review our IT platform for safe data processing and storage, and comply with local privacy laws wherever we operate.
