6. Payment and Fees
6.1 Pricing:All prices are listed on the website and are subject to change without notice.
6.2 Refunds, Cancellations and Wait Time Policy:
Waiting Time Policy: Accredited Limousine Service monitors inbound domestic & international commercial flights 1.5 hrs. prior to your arrival via the carrier website, and other flight tracking services available. As a courtesy, travelers have 30 minutes of waiting time to meet their chauffeur from the last reported ETA. Charges incur thereafter in increments of 15 minutes. An FBO arrival has 15 mins, all other designated
locations have a 10 min grace.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within the scheduled pick-up will result in the full charge. Please call/text us at (914) 725-9444 or email reservations@accreditedlimo.com of any changes to your travel plans, especially if you are traveling out of the tri-state area. Please be advised that the cancellation policy can vary for buses, minibuses, and or any event related bookings.
- Within 2 hours, if traveling in the Tri-State (NY, NJ & CT)
- Within 24 hours, if traveling out of the Tri-State, markets vary.
- Within 48 hours, NO LESS if traveling out of the Country, markets vary.
- Within 2 weeks of schedule pick-up for Sprinter vans, Mini & Coach buses
No Show Policy: A NO SHOW will result in the full charge.
Additional Charges: Rates are subject to change without notice. If you were quoted a rate on your reservation, the cost of service as reserved is estimated based on the details you provide, it does not represent the actual cost upon completion of services rendered. The following will be itemized on your billing statement i.e., extra stops, waiting time, tolls, tax, regulatory airport fees, parking, fuel surcharge, afterhours service, or traveling during a national and or federal holidays. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Weather Advisories: Accredited Limousine Service at its discretion reserves the right to charge the established hourly rate, gratuity and tax if the local weather service declares either a weather warning or advisory. The charges will commence when our vehicle leaves the garage until it returns.
Accredited Limousine Service shall not be liable for any unforeseeable circumstances that is beyond its control including but not limited to the weather, road conditions, construction and or accidents that halt traffic flow, diverted flights or delays, or mechanical breakdowns. Accredited Limousine assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged personal belongings such as your baggage, glasses, mobile phone, laptop, etc. Client assumes financial liability for any damage to the vehicle by them or any members of their accompanying party. Vehicles cannot, and will not be loaded beyond seating capacity, if you are traveling with children that require a child car or booster seat, you are responsible to secure it in the vehicle, not the chauffeur. Children under 16 years of age must be accompany by their legal guardian and or parent. The chauffeur has the right to terminate the run at his sole discretion.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Accredited Limousine Service shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the website or services.

You agree to indemnify and hold Accredited Limousine Service its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the website or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the website at our discretion, without notice, for any violation of these Terms.
