Once you have booked your reservation we send you instant confirmations. To prevent any errors, the logistics are send to the booker as well as the passenger, if requested. 24 hour prior confirmations are also emailed, this feature is applicable on client’s account settings, when account is set up.

Fifteen minutes prior to your scheduled pickup a message is sent to your mobile device. This message includes your chauffeur’s name and phone number so you can communicate any last minute changes directly with your waiting chauffeur.
